Moorage is priced per linear foot, per month. Longer terms offer lower per-foot rates.

All moorage terms include water hook-up and access to metered power at the slip. Tenants receive a key FOB for 24/7 dock access.

Storage lockers are available in seven sizes. Pricing is monthly or annual.

Kayak and Dinghy Storage
Kayak and dinghy racks are available on-site. Monthly rate is $36.75 per kayak. Contact the marina office for current availability.
Power
Power at the docks is metered individually under BC Utilities Commission Tariff 1300. This is a regulated tariff, meaning your rate is set by the commission and you pay only for your actual usage. Metered 30 amp power is available throughout the marina, with 50 amp power on the large vessel pier.
Minimum monthly electricity charge: $7.25.
