Townsite Marina provides a full set of on-site amenities for tenants, from metered power at the docks to 24/7 secured dock access. Below is a complete list of what is available at the marina.
Moorage
Townsite Marina has 185 slips accommodating vessels from 12 to 70 feet. Moorage is available on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual terms. All slips include water hook-up and access to metered power.
There is currently a waitlist for moorage slips. Contact the marina office or apply online to get on the list.
Power
Metered 30 amp power is available throughout the marina and 50 amp power is available on the large vessel pier. Power is billed through the BC Utilities Commission under Tariff 1300, which means rates are regulated and consistent. Your power usage is metered individually, so you pay for what you use.
Water
Water hook-up is available at the docks for all tenants.
Parking
Townsite Marina has a parking parkade available for tenant use. The parkade is accessed through a monitored gate.
Showers and Laundry
Coin-operated shower and laundry facilities are available on-site for tenant use.
Storage Lockers
Townsite Marina offers storage lockers in seven sizes, from 120 to 256 cubic feet. Lockers are billed monthly or annually.
There are no lockers available at this time. A waitlist is in place. Contact the marina office to add your name.

Security
The marina is protected by security gates and video camera surveillance. All tenants are issued key FOBs for 24/7 access to the docks. A full-time on-site marina manager is present during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 9AM to 4PM).
Kayak and Dinghy Storage
Kayak and dinghy racks are available on-site. Monthly rate is $36.75 per kayak. Contact the marina office for availability.
Marina Layout
The marina is located at the southern entrance to Newcastle Channel, with Townsite Road to the south and Stewart Avenue (Trans-Canada Highway) to the west. The marina office and main entrance ramp provide access from the parking area to the docks.
